The Board of Directors is pleased to introduce Steve Burns as the new General Manager of Dobson Ranch HOA. Appointed by City Property Management, Steve will oversee the community and HOA staff on behalf of the Dobson Ranch Board.

Welcome to September 2024! The heat will likely continue for the next couple of weeks, but don't fret; we are on the doorstep of cooler weather. This means outdoor activities, such as Pickleball and Tennis, will increase in popularity. The Dobson Ranch Board of Directors & the Recreation Department ask that residents remain respectful while on the courts.

This week, letters from the Dobson Ranch HOA were sent to the mailboxes of all residents, informing them of the partnership with City Property. If you follow these weekly emails, this letter may have been repetitive, but the HOA needed to extend this information to those who do not receive emails or are unaware of the partnership.
